Just like Yesterday’s News® Brand Original Formula, the Softer Texture variety is made from recycled paper. But Tidy added a fresh scent and softer texture pellets to this blend so it feels more like regular clay.
Made with recycled paper and packaged in a recyclable bag (where facilities exist). That’s how Tidy does natural litter that’s good for your cat and for the planet.

This is by far the best cat litter I ever used. I never new it was available until I unfortunately had to have my cats front claws removed and my vet suggested it. I haven't changed since even though I only needed to use it for healing purposes. At first I thought it was is expensive but the length of time it last far outweighs the other options out there. I've been using this product for well over 5 years and have no intentions of ever changing.
I originally bought the Yesterday News for my cat that was anemic and was eating the clumping litter - looking for minerals the vet told me. He easily adjusted to the Yesterday News, and now it is in one of my boxes permanently. All of the cats seem to prefer it now!
With three cats I have 2 litters One I use the low tracking Yesterdays News, that is easy to clean, much less tracking and does a great job. The other is the fabulous tidy cats litter box.
This is great for my ferrets. Non clumping so it doesn't get stuck/clumped to anything wet on their little bodies ie... Noses, eyes etc. I buy the one with no smell to it. Over all so much better then clay or any other litter for ferrets.
I have been using Yesterday's News since before Purina purchased the rights to it. Very low dust-my asthmatic cat's symptoms have reduced dramatically. Odor control is best I've found. Absorbency is fabulous. Works the best when waste removed daily.
I have had cats for 40 years and this is by far the best litter I have ever used. I have a Persian and it doesn't get in his fur or track at all. If you clean it every day no odor. I love it !
My Cat Newman has Cerebral Hypoplasia and he lays down when he uses the potty because he cant really stand..this is the only litter we've found that he tolerates that doesn't stick to his fur or disintegrates on him..he loves it and im grateful for it
