Just like Yesterday’s News® Brand Original Formula, the Softer Texture variety is made from recycled paper. But Tidy added a fresh scent and softer texture pellets to this blend so it feels more like regular clay.
Going natural was always a great idea. But the result? Not right. Tidy combined cedar, corn and pine to create a naturally absorbent clumping litter with outstanding odor control. And made Mother Nature proud.

I am so happy I found this litter--after trying & researching other litters pure nature is the best. It controls odors, it's easy to scoop, pleasant lasting smell and best of all NO DUST. I'm not afraid of health problems for my cats or my family now. Thank u so much for coming up with this product. It's a keeper !!
I bought this to give it a try a while back, and i love love love it! Not only is it more natural for my kitty but it covers any odor and it is less tracking than any other clay litter i have EVER used. I just love this litter, I've even tried other brands of pine and/or corn litter and nothing works as well as this! Hope this product stays around for ever!
I have had cats for years Ihave been using this product about 3 years. I have tried every litter this is easily to clean out the box, no dust and smells great. I have a very picky cat.
I don't care for the price of this product...but in every other way, it's great...it's light weight and no dust and clumps wonderfully. And the clean scent lasts a long time.
We have 3 three cats and forced to keep them indoors now since we moved. Cats were indoor/outdoor cats and when they needed to go they would wait like a dog and go outside. I detest cat litter pans because of smell and mess. It has been 6 months of trying different litters and was getting fed up. I had started contemplating letting them outdoors again before trying this. It is so light to pick up. I can carry whole pan without any struggle plus easy to clean out clumps with litter scoop (less mess). I am a fan!
We have used Tidy Cats for a very long time and when we saw this we decided to give it a try. I can't say enough about it. Smells good, absorbs great, covers great, masks odor great!! We think it's Great!
I have a muscle disease and my hands and are arms are weak and I couldn't get any of the clay litters out the pan. The cats also would tact like mud and it was stuck on their paws. This is great!!
I first tried the "sawdust" type when the Pine pellet people put out a sawdust version. Worked great and they changed the formula which I hated. Switched to another brand's sawdust version...they also quit making it. Tried yet ANOTHER one which is still on the market and sucks....no odor control.
Tidy Cat stuff, as is the case with all of the sawdust style litters, doesn't clump as hard as the clay, but the odor control....the minute whatever comes out of the cat hits it, the stench just never comes out. I NEVER smell Anything in that box. I find the sawdust is much easier to step on barefoot and to sweep up than the clay. I buy based on odor control, and this is VERY VERY GOOD. I know people who only put an inch in a pan and don't get the results I do. You need to make it deep enough to absorb it all (dummies). PLEASE don't take this off the market like everyone else has done.
I have been using this since it first came out. Our cat likes it and everyone says the smell is pleasant. I scoop daily and have no issues with this litter. It doesn't clump up hard, but it is still scoopable. I also change the litter completely once a week. My only concern is that I can no longer find it anywhere! Help!
